Shipping Standards

Products are shipped using standard domestic shipping via Australia Post,
or by Serious Beans Coffee directly depending on your location and the
size of your order.

Products will take this long to delivery based on parcel post delivery:

To SA:
up to 3 business days

To ACT:
4 to 6 business days

To NSW:
4 to 6 business days

To NT:
7 to 13 business day

To QLD:
5 to 8 business days

To TAS:
5 to 6 business days

To VIC:
4 to 5 business days

To WA:
8 to 12 business days

Please note shipping costs may change without notice.

Standard Metropolitan (Adelaide) Shipping: Flat rate per order as per Australia Posts pricing.

Free shipping applies for to all orders over $60.

International Shipping

Unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside of Australia.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We only accept returns if the product is deemed faulty by Serious Beans Coffee, we do not offer exchanges.

However, for every rule there is an exception and we take the quality of our product seriously so if you wish to discuss a possible return, please contact us at [email protected]

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
